What people ask before booking
Will the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track the flight number live and the meeting time adjusts on its own. You do not need to tell us anything. We do not charge waiting time caused by an airline delay.
Can I book a transfer for someone else?
Yes, and it is one of our most common requests. You book, give us the details of the person being met, and we keep you updated during the ride. Guest, client or family member, the welcome is the same.
Do you carry children and elderly passengers?
Yes. Child seats and booster seats on request at no extra cost, and chauffeurs are briefed to assist passengers with reduced mobility when boarding and alighting. Mention it in your quote request.
How do payment and invoicing work?
A fixed quote before the ride, with no surge pricing. Payment by PIX, cash, card, bank transfer or monthly invoicing for corporate contracts. An invoice is issued in every case.
How far in advance should I book?
We take bookings from 4 hours ahead for Porto Alegre and its metropolitan area. For Serra Gaúcha, long-distance trips and events, the earlier the better, the fleet is scheduled against demand.
What if I need to cancel?
The refund depends on notice: more than 48 hours ahead, we refund 60% of the amount; between 24 and 48 hours, 50%; under 24 hours there is no refund. A time change requested more than 6 hours ahead is reviewed at no cost, subject to availability. A flight delay reported with the correct flight number is never charged. We track the arrival live. Does the chauffeur speak English or Spanish?
We have bilingual chauffeurs on the team. Tick the option in the form or ask on WhatsApp and we assign a chauffeur who covers the language you need.
Do you operate outside Rio Grande do Sul?
Yes. We have operational bases in 12 Brazilian states and operations abroad: Colombia, Panama, Portugal, the United States, Uruguay and Argentina. Ask about your destination on WhatsApp.
